MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SPRIZZO, District Judge.
The above-captioned action arises out of the ownership of the Golden Pacific Building, located in the heart of New York City’s Chinatown. Plaintiffs, Uni-Rty Corp. (“UniRty”) and Golden Plaza Limited Partnership (“GPLP”), brought this action, pursuant to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961, and various state laws.
