This is an action for indemnification and contribution. The Plaintiff in this action, Felt Enterprises, Inc. (“Felt”), was formerly one of multiple defendants in the matter of Trinh v. Felt Enterprises, Inc. et al., Suffolk Superior Court, Civil Action No, 05-4720, which settled prior to trial for four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000). Felt now alleges that defendant Chau Chow II, Inc.
