The plaintiff in error was injured February 16, 1915, while in the employment of the defendant in error. Both parties were under the Workmen’s Compensation act of Illinois and the injury arose out of and in the course of the employment. An award was entered in favor of plaintiff in error on June 15, 1915, which was heard on review by the' Industrial Commission and by it affirmed. Within the twenty days prescribed by the statute the cause was taken to the circuit court of Williamson county by certiorari, which court on December 8, 1916, quashed the writ of certiorari and confirmed the decision…
