{¶ 1} Respondent, Thomas R. Kelly of Lakewood, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0040319, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1988. On November 3, 2009, we suspended him for his failure to register as an attorney for the 2009-to-2011 biennium.
