Mrs. Mae Elizabeth Dutch, joined by her husband, executed a trust deed upon real estate owned by her, securing a debt of herself and her husband to the Interstate Bank & Trust Company, appellee herein, and later a second trust deed on the same premises to secure a debt to Arthur Keithley, appellant herein, and still later another trust deed on the same premises to secure another debt to appellee.
