This is- an action by the trustee in bankruptcy of the New Hampshire Building and Construction Company, Inc., a 'New Hampshire corporation (hereinafter referred to as the bankrupt), seeking to recover for the bankrupt estate $30,834.16, due as accounts receivable for work and labor performed on three construction contracts for De- Matteo Construction Company, a Massachusetts corporation (hereinafter referred to as DeMatteo).
