FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND MEMORANDUM OPINION
This case presents the appalling tale of a Harvard educated and trained plastic surgeon and his wife who — despite an income that puts them squarely in the top 1% of personal incomes in the United States— have chosen to live in a self-indulgent dream world where every day is a good day for fine dining and, following the lead of Leona Helmsley, “only the little people pay taxes.” 1
