On February 6,1939, Warren L. Leeking, executor of the estate of the above-named William E. Emig, late of the Township of Jackson, York County, Pa., deceased, presented his petition under section 18 of the Fiduciaries Act of June 7, 1917, P. L. 447, asking this court to enter a decree for the specific performance of a certain written contract for the sale of real estate of said decedent.
