The People, on the relation of the Attorney General, filed an original petition in this court for a writ of mandamus requiring Harry M. Fisher, as judge of the circuit court of Cook county, to expunge an order entered on January 24, 1939, in a habeas corpus proceeding, releasing Ben Cutler on bond and continuing the cause to May 25, 1939.
