Plaintiffs Karen and John D’Aprile commenced the above-captioned action, seeking money damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of Mrs. D’Aprile’s fall at Rolling Hill Hospital in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. The facts of the case are not in dispute. On June 12, 1990, Mrs. D’Aprile was at the hospital awaiting the birth of her nephew.
