DECISION.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Anderson Township, Ohio, appeals from the trial court's order granting in part and denying in part its motion for judgment on the pleadings. Plaintiff-appellee George Sullivan had filed a complaint against the township and defendant Trend Construction, Inc.,1 alleging damage to his property located on Eight Mile Road resulting from their "road widening" project.
