OPINION

CEDARBAUM, District Judge.

Defendants Sark-USA, Inc. (“Sark-USA”) and Sarkuysan Elektrolitik Bakir Sanayii Ve Ticaret A.S. (“Sarkuysan”) have moved to dismiss this action under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) and 12(b)(1). Specifically, defendants contend that plaintiffs Nexans Wires S.A. (“Nexans”) and Lacroix & Kress GmbH (“L & K”) lack standing to sue under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (“CFAA”), 18 U.S.C. § 1030.
