Bangor Water Company filed with the Public Service Commission a new schedule of rates, calculated to produce an annual revenue of about $32,000, and increasing the rates charged both domestic and commercial users of water. Before its effective date complaint was filed by various customers alleging that the new rates were excessive, unfair, unjust' and unreasonable. Testimony was taken before an examiner appointed by the commission. Argument was had before the commission, and an order filed.
