GALLAGHER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege. Appellee, Mrs. Martha Moro, a widow, instituted this suit in the district court of Robertson county against appellant, Quincy Barnes, for the recovery of damages for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered by her as the result of a collision between the automobile in which she was riding and a truck owned by appellant and operated by his employee in said county.
