Cleveland & Pittsburg Railroad v. Devine

On the 23d day. of November, 1912, the plaintiff company filed a petition in this court for the purpose of appropriating a certain tract of land, belonging to defendant, Louisa M. Devine, and adjoining the lands of plaintiff, in the city of East Liverpool, this county, and as in the petition set out and described.
