Eddie James King was tried by a Morgan County jury and found guilty of one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute1 and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a public park.2 He now appeals from the denial of his motion for a new trial arguing that the evidence is insufficient to sustain his conviction.
