MlKELL, Judge.

A Chatham County jury convicted David T. Blocker of armed robbery, aggravated assault, and the possession of a firearm during the commission of each of the aforementioned felonies. On appeal, Blocker asserts that the trial court erred by: (1) admitting into evidence statements he made to the police chaplain; (2) failing to merge certain of the charges against him; and (3) failing to charge the jury on the voluntariness of his confession.
