Appellee, complainant in the court below, filed a bill in the chancery court of Leflore county to restrain appellant, Greenwood Lodge, No. 118, I. O. ,0- F., from erecting a building in the city of Greenwood upon a lot described in the bill which Minnie L. Attlesey conveyed to F. J. Dobson; the deed therefor containing certain restrictions and limitations. The bill also alleged that appellee, Mrs. Sarra L. Hyman, had secured a deed to the adjoining property lying north of the Dobson property, and that appellant had acquired title to the Dobson property, with the same restrictions imposed on…
