Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Delin, J.), rendered August 25, 1989, convicting him of reckless endangerment in the second degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree and possession of burglar’s tools, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain physical evidence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
