Charles Holmes appeals his conviction for armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d). Holmes contends that the district court erred by refusing his request for an informant credibility jury instruction, by allowing a lay witness to identify him from bank surveillance camera photographs, and by denying his motion for a new trial. Holmes also argues that he was denied due process when the government failed to disclose impeachment evidence and that he was denied effective assistance of counsel.
