Plaintiff appeals from the district court’s dismissal of her complaint on the ground of res judicata and from the court’s refusal to enter judgments of default against the defendants. Plaintiff’s original complaint in the district court challenged the denial of her admission to the Puerto Rico Bar. The complaint, based on 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1343(3) against the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, its clerk, the Board of Puerto Rico Bar Examiners, and the Board’s executive secretary, sought a declaration that the procedures for licensing of…
