_]jln this appeal, Defendant-appellant, Sabrina Dowell, appeals her sentence as a fourth felony offender. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

On January 9, 2008, Sabrina Dowell was charged by bill of inforfnation with one count of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (cocaine) and a second count of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana).
