OPINION AND ORDER
KINNEARY, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ application for costs and attorneys’ fees. Defendants successfully defended Plaintiff’s action brought under ERISA Defendants apply, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Rule”) 54(d)(1) and 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g)(1), for costs in the amount of $5,800.12. Defendants also apply, pursuant to Rule 54(d)(2) and 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g)(1), for attorneys’ fees in the amount of $115,278.75 1 charged by Defendants’ counsel, Baker and Hostetler, LLP.
