On June 12, 1935, plaintiff filed in the Circuit Court of Bay County, Florida, an amended bill of complaint in which it was sought to impress a trust on the sum of $20,000.00, being the proceeds of certain life insurance policies in force on the life of C. C. Mathis, payable to his estate, the premiums therefor, it is alleged, were paid from school funds, property of the Board of Instruction of Bay County, Florida, and unlawfully taken by C. C.
