MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Karen Savino brought this action against the defendant, the C.P. Hall Company, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. Savino alleges that she was sexually harassed by her supervisor, William Popper, in violation of Title VII’s prohibition against discrimination on the basis of sex. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(l).
