Russell Charles Semmler (husband) filed a petition to dissolve his marriage to Priscilla Jean Semmler (wife). At the close of the husband’s proof the trial court granted the wife’s motion for judgment in her favor and dismissed the suit with prejudice. The husband appeals, contending that the judge’s finding that he had not proved extreme and repeated mental cruelty (Ill. Rev.
