The plaintiff in error, Maurice Mays, was convicted in the court below for the murder of Mrs. Bertie Lindsay, and was sentenced by the jury to suffer death by electrocution.

*123A motion for a new trial was overruled, and the plaintiff in error has appealed to this court and has assigned errors.

The material facts of the hilling lie within a narrow compass.
