STATE ex rel. OKLAHOMA BAR ASSOCIATION v. HYDE

¶ 1 Martha Lynne Hyde (Respondent) is before this Court in a summary disciplinary proceeding initiated by the Oklahoma Bar Association (Complainant) pursuant to the reciprocal disciplinary provisions found at Rule 7.7 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), Okla.
