W.R. and Mary J. Milbrandt (the Milbrandts) appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Martin J. Greenberg (Greenberg), Lawrence P. Wolf (Wolf), Perry P. Cohn (Cohn), Broadmoor Associates (Broadmoor), Marine Bank National Association (Marine), and US Life Title Company of New York (US Title). John D. Huber (Huber) and Hopkins Savings & Loan (Hopkins) were also named as defendants in the suit.
