Davis v. Immediate Medical Services, Inc.
Ohio Supreme Court
1DissentLundberg Stratton, J.
The discretion of a trial court is one of the keystone principles of our judicial system. Because today’s decision erodes that vital principle, I respectfully dissent. I believe that the decision of the trial corut was soundly within its discretion and fell far short of being unreasonable, arbitrary, or unconscionable so as to constitute an abuse of discretion.
