Plaintiff appeals from the judgment of dismissal entered after the trial court had sustained respondents’ demurrers to the third amended complaint filed herein.

By his original complaint appellant sought to recover from respondents under the theory that he was a third party beneficiary of a “written agreement of joint venture” entered into by the respondents. It was alleged that respondents had agreed among themselves to form a joint venture to develop a series of television shows starring Joey Bishop and that their written agreement provided in part as follows: “Jerry Levy is to be employed…
