MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JERRY VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

On August 20, 2001, several creditors filed Involuntary Petitions pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303 seeking to have George L. Young, an individual (“Young”), and Professional Business Services, Inc., (“PBS”) a corporation involved in management of Young’s cattle business, placed in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. On August 22, 2001, Young and PBS, by counsel, filed Answers in which they consented to the entry of an Order for Relief, and that Order was entered on the same day. Now, the Debtors have filed Motions to Convert (“Motions”)…
