Robert Louis Marrama appeals from the bankruptcy court order which rejected his petition to convert these proceedings from chapter 7 to chapter 13, based on its determination that Marrama had attempted to conceal assets from creditors. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
In August 2002, Marrama transferred residential real estate in York, Maine, having an unencumbered value of $85,000, to a revocable spendthrift trust, for no consideration, and designated himself sole beneficiary and his girlfriend sole trustee.
