Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Tomlinson, J.), rendered September 9, 1999, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal trespass in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree (two counts) and unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree (three counts).
