HULL, Circuit Judge:

After a guilty plea, Defendant-Appellant Jean Baptiste Charles appeals his 18 months’ sentence on Count One of his indictment for conspiring to use unauthorized access devices, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(2) and (b)(2). Specifically, Charles argues that in calculating his offense level for Count One, the district court committed legal error by including a two-level increase for trafficking in unauthorized access devices under U.S.S.G. § 2B1.1(b)(11)(B).
