Presently before the Court is the Motion for the Application of California Law filed by a number of domestic economic loss Plaintiffs. (Docket Nos. 810, 841 (sealed versions), 845-2 (public redacted version).) Defendants have filed an Opposition to the Motion, and Plaintiffs have filed a Reply.
