Defendant, CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSXT”), a subsidiary of CSX Corporation, appeals from the district court’s judgment order and accompanying findings of fact and conclusions of law enforcing a previous settlement agreement between CSXT and plaintiff, Williams Transport (“Williams”).
