BATEMAN, Justice.
Appellee American Sign Services, Inc., sued appellant Superior Signs, Inc. for damages for breach of contract and recovered judgment on a jury verdict. Appellant, as lessor in three leases, had agreed to install and maintain three large advertising display signs, all of which were mounted on the same structure, in consideration of which appellee, as lessee, agreed to pay certain monthly rentals to appellant.
