This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurers (“PRI”) for summary judgment in this adversary proceeding, which it commenced against The Brunswick Hospital Center, Inc. (“Brunswick”) and Cynthia Nester (“Ms.Nester”), seeking a declaratory judgment that Brunswick’s general liability policy, which was issued by PRI, does not provide coverage for the claims alleged in the action entitled Cynthia Nester v.
