(after stating the facts.) If the contract constitutes a bailment of personal property, and Hall was an agister, the judgment is clearly right. If, on the other hand, the contract should be construed as a conditional sale of personal property, reserving title in the vendor until payment of the purchase price, then, by force of the statutes of Missouri, (Rev. St. c. 34, §§ 2505-2508,) .the contract is void as to Hall, Greer & Co., who, for the purposes of this case, as presented to us, must be deemed purchaser» for value, without notice of the rights of the cattle…
