THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:

August W. Durnin appeals from his conviction on a three-count indictment that charged him with embezzlement of union funds in violation of § 501(c) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (29 U.S.C. § 501(c)). 1 We affirm the conviction.

Appellant served the International Longshoremen’s Association (AFL-CIO) in two elected capacities: president of Local 1833 and a member of the Executive Board of the South Atlantic and Gulf Coast District.
