MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MAGNUSON, Chief Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court upon Defendant Mitchell S. Eisenberg’s Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint or for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the Court grants Defendant’s motion.

II. BACKGROUND

Defendant Mitchell Eisenberg is an attorney who lives and works in the state of Connecticut. He is not licensed to practice law in Minnesota, does not own property in Minnesota, and has never visited Minnesota.
