OPINION

ERVIN, Chief Judge:

Appellant Charles Odell Perrin was convicted under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) for possession of a firearm by a felon and under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) for being in possession with intent to distribute more than five grams of cocaine base. Perrin’s 216 month sentence on the drug charge and 180 month sentence on the weapon charge are to be served concurrently.
