In an action, inter alia, for an injunction to prohibit the defendants from using their property as a used-car lot, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Marbach, J.), dated October 23, 1984, which denied its motion to punish the defendant Richard B. Hetey for contempt.
Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
