This is an interlocutory appeal from adenial of a motion to dismiss based on a claim of sovereign immunity. Appellants are the State of Arkansas, the University of Arkansas (“University”), the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service (“Cooperative Extension”), and the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees (“Board”). Appellee Gary Goss filed a complaint alleging that Appellants had refused to hire him because of his age.
