— This appeal is here to determine the proper construction of chapter 187, Laws of 1923, p. 637, governing the state teachers’ retirement fund. This chapter is codified in Rem. 1927 Sup., as §4 5020-1 to 5020-29, inclusive. The subdivisions one to twenty-nine, inclusive, corresponding with the sections of the law as enacted, may be referred to as if the original sections.
