This matter is before the Court on the Motion of Certain Tenants for Order Directing Formation of Official Tenants’ Committee (“Motion”) (Doc. 49) filed on August 24, 2001. By the Motion, seven tenants of the Debtors seek the entry of an order directing the United States Trustee (“UST”) to appoint a tenants’ committee pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1102(a)(2).
