In this disability discrimination case, plaintiff Tammy Rosebrough appeals the district court’s order of summary judgment, which dismissed all of her claims against defendant Buckeye Valley High School. Rosebrough, who is missing her left hand, alleged that Buckeye Valley discriminated against her on the basis of this disability when it prevented her from becoming employed as a bus driver for the school.
