This products liability suit was originally instituted in the Circuit Court of Rankin County, Mississippi, against appellants Diamond Laboratories, Inc. and its subsidiary, Southwestern Laboratories, Inc. [hereinafter referred to as defendants], for damages sustained by Al-man Brothers Farms & Feed Mill, Inc. [plaintiff], and alleged to be the result of the use of defendants’ product, an animal vaccine known as “Tissucine”.
