The object of this suit is to render executory a judgment in a suit of same title which was rendered by the Chancery Court of Jefferson county, State of Alabama, and in this proceeding the plaintiff claims the benefit of that provision of the Federal Constitution which declares that full faith and credit shall be given iu each State to the public acts, records and judicial proceedings of. every other State.
